Hannah is a wonderful example of a woman of faith and a model of motherhood. Her life speaks to all regardless of who you are. Hannah was a woman of grace and passion. Though she may have wept bitterly, she did not become bitter. You could say she had a “grape” attitude. Hannah knew to take her pain and her problems to the Lord in prayer.
“The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.” Romans 8:26-27
People will often misunderstand your emotions, but God will not misunderstand your prayers. He sees your heart! Your tears do not go unnoticed.
“You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.” Psalm 56:8
